Not really, but I guess it's the start of a week that will bring me one step closer to a weekend. Me loves me some weekends. Guess we'll just continue having our love/hate relationship with each other.
On Saturday, we hit up the Plaza for the first time in a long time. We only made it to Tomfooleries, but the cheap drinks kept flowing. Gotta love Fooleries for that.
And for one other thing: Reassurance that we are getting old.
Don't get me wrong, I don't live a complete old lady lifestyle, but I'm definitely not able to hang with the right-out-of-college kids.
Or the overabundance of popped collars and some girls dressed like they were going to a club in Vegas. Not kidding. These girls were wearing mini skirts with nothing on their legs. Not even tights!
I was flabbergasted. I wanted to say, 'Do you know it's like 10 degrees outside!?'
Oh well. We fit in just fine in our jeans and cardigans.
Black: the go to winter wardrobe color
Sunday, we watched the Pack win the Superbowl at a friends house. Jordy tore it up. What a stud! Christina botched the national anthem, but the Peas gave a great performance. Not as great as when I saw them live in concert, but an enjoyable half time performance.
My only good excuse for not having any pics to share is that I was stuffing my face with queso, cream cheese pin wheels, lil smookies, pizza and cookies. Oh and brownies too.
Hope you all had a great Monday!
Now, off to watch one of my many guilty pleasures: The Bachelor. That crazy bia Michelle better freaking go home soon. I'm not a huge fan of Brad, but I really can't stand her scheming.
