Peace Out Twenty Ten!

Twenty Ten was a great year for us. New experiences and adventures, achievements, challenges and blessings, but most of all -- lots of great laughs and memories.

Happy & Healthy

Time to say buh-bye to 2010 and helloooooo 2011! I'm not sure what's to come this year, but I have a feeling it will be great.

I mean, is there anyone that would really hope for a horrible year? Uh, no! Everyone's facebook statuses all weekend long were chock full of optimism. So, with that said, I know there will be challenges, hard times and struggles, that's just life. But, 2011 will be wonderful, I just know it:).

We rang in the New Year with great friends. Some of my best friends. My fellow Shawnee crew. It was a small group, but better than I ever imagined. Fun. Low-Key. Comfortable. Stress-free.

But, don't worry, I still woke up with a wicked hangover like I rang in the new year at a crazy bar where shots were flowing all night. But no, that definitely wasn't the case. No shots for this old lady. Only a girls vs. boys flip cup faceoff that definitely did me in.

But I'll take it. It was all worth it to hear those boys grovel over our amazing flip cup skillz. I guess all that practice at ATO during college really prepared us to be champs for life. Except that we have now graduated from the half flip to the full flip. Oh yeah, watch out...and we still manage to beat the boys. Every. Single. Time.

So, yes, I had a great New Year's Eve! I really couldn't have asked for a better night.

I can't remember what this game was called, but it was really funny.
Viking master, row for your life

Happy New Year everyone!
