Gourmet Hamburger Helper

Gourmet? Ok, not really. But it's sort of close. Definitely 10 times better than hamburger helper.

I got this recipe from KRAFT and it is very quick, easy, cheap and tasty. I recommend you try it. What do you have to lose? It's only a few ingredients and little time. The hubs loves it.

Cheesy Salsa Beef Skillet
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cups water
1 cup Taco Bell Home Originals Thick n' Chunky Salsa (You can use any kind of salsa)
1 pkg. KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni and Cheese (Cheese sauce isn't powder, just so you know)
2 cups frozen corn (You can also use canned corn. I have tried both and it tastes exactly the same)
1/2 cup KRAFT reduced fat Mexican Style cheese (Again, can use any brand)
2 green onions, chopped

1.  Brown meat in large skillet, drain if needed.
2.  Add water, salsa and macaroni, stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
3. Add corn and cheese sauce, stir. Cook 2-3 mor minutes or until heated through.
4. Top with cheese and scallions.

Voila! You're done. Super easy. Enjoy!
