Carson is 7 Months old and faster than ever!
Why is he fast? Oh, only because he decided to start crawling on his seven-month birthday. We have a mover folks!
Carson's 7-month stats:
Weight: 16 lbs. 6 oz.
In the Closet: Primarily 6-9 months, but most of your pants are 3-6 months, skinny boy
Diapers: Size 2
Grub: Breast milk, some formula, rice cereal, oatmeal cereal, puffs, water and veggies galore! You are now eating sweet potatoes, green beans, peas, butternut squash and carrots. We are moving to fruits in a few days.
Sleep: You go down around 8:00-8:30 and still sleep as good as ever, 10-11 hours. Napping seems to be better, usually 2-3 naps a day.
New Activity/Development: Just started crawling, obviously sitting up on your own very well (not as much falling over), more babbling than before, the da and ma sounds, starting to understand object permanence
Loves: His exersaucer, sitting up to play, toys that have sound, anything that crinkles (food wrapper, paper), mommy's silly faces and sounds, being thrown in the air by Daddy, and being the happiest boy on the planet!
Gosh, I love him so much
Carson, we cannot believe you are crawling. It feels like yesterday when we brought you home. We placed you in your bouncer and just stared at you for hours. Even Jake was captivated by you. The epic picture we captured of you and Jake says it all.
Son, you have changed all of our lives. We are so in love with you.
You are starting to notice Jake more these days, but I'm not so sure he is ready for you to be crawling towards him. It is incredible how much progress you make in just a couple of days.
Soon you will be pulling up on things and getting into everything! You are becoming bored with your own toys and want anything you aren't supposed to play with. You still love phones and remotes and reach for them at any chance.
My latest trick is giving you random objects that I never thought would interest you. Spoons, plastic cups, measuring ups, Tupperware, and granola bars and packages of popcorn (you love the crinkle sound from the wrapper). You have most definitely outgrown your bouncer and the Bumbo now that you are sitting up on your own, and have pretty much outgrown your swing. Now that you are crawling, I'm sure you'll be everywhere!
We love you to pieces and are looking forward to the next milestone!

He is just SO darling!! Such a perfect little face and those baby blues, LOVE!! I can't believe it's been 7 months, it goes soooo fast. I agree, it seems like yesterday you had him!!
